Refund Policy

1. Service-Based Nature of Purchases
Client acknowledges that all products and services purchased from Nisami Solutions LLC are service-based and involve the creative representation of the client. All purchases are customized to the specific needs of the client, and as such, all sales are final.

2. No Refunds
Due to the nature of the services provided, no refunds will be issued once payment has been made. All services, including documents and interview preparation, are considered completed within one (1) month from the purchase date. By making payment, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

3. Enforcement Costs
In the event that Nisami Solutions LLC must take legal action to collect overdue payments or enforce this policy, the client agrees to reimburse Nisami Solutions LLC for any reasonable costs incurred, including attorney’s fees and legal expenses.

4. Guarantee
While Nisami Solutions LLC has a strong track record of helping clients secure job interviews and offers, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our services are designed to support clients in their job search, but securing an interview or job offer ultimately depends on various factors outside our control.

Free Revision:
Clients are entitled to one (1) free revision of the product or service if they are not fully satisfied, this does not include changing the layout or format of the resume. If the client is not 100% satisfied with the work, they are encouraged to contact Stephanie at nisamisolutions@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt to discuss potential revisions or next steps.

5. Limitation of Liability
Nisami Solutions LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the website or the services provided, including but not limited to:

  • Any indirect, special, or consequential loss.

  • Any business losses, such as loss of revenue, income, profits, anticipated savings, contracts, business relationships, reputation, goodwill, or the loss or corruption of data.

This policy outlines the entire liability of Nisami Solutions LLC related to your use of our services or website, and in no event will we be liable for any damages beyond the amount you have paid for the service in question.

6. Governing Law
This Refund Policy, along with the Terms of Service, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this policy or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
